Yes. Every research peptide from Orbitrex Peptides includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from trusted third-party analytical labs, verifying both purity consistency and quality. Additionally, we conduct frequent random batch testing for USP endotoxin levels to ensure each product meets rigorous quality standards for research use.
Each one of our products’ labels are issued with a QR code linking directly to their respective COA.
Our products are classified as research-grade compounds and are not regulated as drugs, supplements, or food products. They are sold exclusively for laboratory, analytical, and educational research purposes under applicable federal and state guidelines.
Most of our products are shipped in a lyophilized (freeze-dried) state. This means the compound will appear as a dry powder or solid “cake” inside the vial — this is normal.
Lyophilized products require reconstitution with bacteriostatic water before use in research settings. Bacteriostatic water is available on our website for purchase.
Lyophilization is a preservation process used to remove moisture from sensitive compounds while maintaining their structural integrity. The procedure involves:
- Rapidly freezing the compound
- Exposing it to a vacuum
- Removing remaining moisture through sublimation (where ice converts directly into vapor without becoming liquid)

Orders are securely packaged in padded, tamper-evident containers and shipped via UPS. We offer same-day shipping for orders placed before the daily processing cutoff. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
Lyophilized peptides are highly stable during transit. The freeze-drying process removes moisture, which is the primary cause of degradation. Short-term exposure to ambient temperatures during shipping does not significantly affect product integrity.
Our fulfillment operations ship from multiple locations. If your tracking shows South Dakota, your order was processed through our SD fulfillment center. All shipments, regardless of origin, follow the same quality and packaging standards.
Orders are processed and shipped using UPS as the standard carrier. Applicable product documentation, including Certificates of Analysis, is included with every shipment. Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before the daily cutoff.

“For research use only” indicates that products are supplied solely for laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnostics, therapeutics, or any clinical application.
We provide certificates of analysis (COAs) from independent laboratories for applicable products. These documents are intended to support research verification and quality assurance.
If a verified laboratory identifies a material deviation from the stated specifications, customers may contact us for review under our quality assurance policy. Any resolution, including replacement or credit, is handled on a case-by-case basis.
We recommend using only Hospira bacteriostatic water with our products. Bacteriostatic water is a sterile water solution with 0.9% benzyl alcohol added to maintain sterility in research settings. We have that available for sale in our shop.
Acetic water solution is used to reconstitute peptides that require a lower pH, like Cagrilintide. Follow product-specific reconstitution instructions provided with each order.
All Orbitrex Peptides products are verified at >99% purity through independent third-party testing. Each product includes a Certificate of Analysis confirming purity, identity, and potency.

Store lyophilized peptides at −20 °C for long-term storage, though 2–8 °C is acceptable for short periods. Reconstituted solutions should be stored at 2–8 °C and used promptly. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Once your order has been fulfilled, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed. You can download Route’s mobile app for iOS or Android to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.
If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team will order you a replacement or issue you a refund. Claims can be filed at claims.route.com.
Route’s pricing is determined by the value of items in your cart. The cost is typically a small percentage of your order total and is displayed at checkout before you decide to add it.
File a claim as soon as you notice an issue with your delivery — whether it’s marked as delivered but not received, arrived damaged, or appears stolen. The sooner you file, the faster it can be resolved.
