📦 Shipping Policy – Orbitrex Peptides
At Orbitrex Peptides, we are committed to processing and fulfilling your order as quickly as possible. Orbitrex Peptides is partnered with UPS to ensure the best shipping prices for our customers and only use USPS methods in the rare circumstance that customers reside outside of UPS service regions or if the address is a PO Box. Orders are typically packed and handed off to the selected carrier within 36 hours of an order being placed.Please note: Once a package is turned over to the carrier, delivery speed and tracking updates are out of our control. While we fulfill orders promptly, the responsibility for transit time, delays, and final delivery lies with the shipping carrier.
We fulfill orders Monday-Friday and drop off orders to the carrier at the end of the day. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm through Sunday will be processed and shipped the following business day. We are moving promptly to process your orders so please expect up to 24 hours to receive your order's tracking information.
🚛 UPS Priority Air (Tracked + Protected)
- All orders are fulfilled using a premium UPS air service with tracking and package protection.
- This shipping method is an expedited domestic shipping option and orders typically arrive within two business days after shipment.
- Offers more consistent tracking and delivery timelines.
- Transit times are estimates and begin once the package is in possession of the carrier. Delivery days only count business days and can be expected by the end of the second business day. Business days exclude weekends and carrier holidays.
- Free on purchases over $300 (not available for Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands)
- Package protection is included with all shipments and covers loss or damage during carrier transit.
🚛 USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Priority Mail is an expedited shipping service and is only used if the customer resides outside of a UPS serviced region or the address is a PO box.
- Shipping does not guarantee a delivery date but is prioritized higher than USPS Ground Advantage mail service.
- Delivery takes place 6 days a week excluding Sundays.
🔁 Refund & Return Policy – Orbitrex Peptides
At Orbitrex Peptides, customer satisfaction is a top priority. While all products are intended for research use only and are subject to strict quality control, we understand that issues may arise. Our return and resolution policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and flexible within reason.
1️⃣ General Returns
- Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept general returns for reasons unrelated to product condition (e.g., change of mind or improper storage post-delivery).
2️⃣ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To qualify for resolution:
- Email us with your order number
- Attach clear photos of the product(s) in question in your email
- open a lost or damaged package claim through UPS. We include product protection on all orders so this will ensure your product will be protected in these rare circumstances.

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement shipment (no additional cost)
- A partial refund (in rare, approved cases)
- A store credit for future use
3️⃣ Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement by emailing us directly at support@orbitrexpeptide.com.
- Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
4️⃣ Undeliverable or Returned Packages
- All packages are insured so if a package is lost or damaged, please open a claim first with UPS claims department and then contact us at support@orbitrexpeptide.com.
- Once a package is shipped the shipper cannot alter the transit route or destination. If the shipping address is being sent to an incorrect or undesired location, the receiver should use UPS change delivery method to change delivery locations or drop-off times.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may attempt reshipment (free of charge) or offer a partial refund minus shipping and handling fees at our discretion.
- We strive to bring your research products to you swiftly but we understand packages in transit can experience the unexpected. If this happens please contact us at support@orbitrexpeptide.com and we will work with you to ensure you receive your order.

- We are not responsible for issues related to product misuse, improper storage, or misapplication of research materials.
